You can use any varoety of canned tomatoes. I like the sweet onion or green pepper, onion and garlic.
Saute onion and garlic. Rinse beans in colander and reserve about a cup and a half. Add tomatoes, beans, seasoning and broth to pot. In blender puree reserved beans and a cup of the broth. Add to pot. Simmer about 15 minutes til hot. Add baby sopinach, stir to wilt. Enjoy
