Tuscan Chicken Simmer

Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)
    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Pesto, Classico Traditional Basil Pesto, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 16 oz (remove)
    *Cheese 4 Cheese Italian Sargento, 1 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Bird's Eye Steam Fresh broccoli cuts, 4 cup (remove)
    *Great Value Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 13 oz (remove)

Directions

HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD cream cheese, water, pesto and tomatoes to skillet. Cook, uncovered, on medium heat 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

RETURN chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 1 min. or until chicken is coated and heated through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
