Corned beef, beans and cous cous

Ingredients

    corned beef, cannellini beans, small red onion, 1 tsp bouillon powder, 1/2 cup french green beens, 2 tsps herbs de provence, garlic, water
    cous cous made up per person 50g dry weight

Directions

finely chop onion, dry fry
add water just enough to stop sticking,
add bouillon powder, mix in herbs and garlic
add beans and cubed corned beef
heat through and serve with cous cous
