Chicken Satay

Ingredients



    * Brown Sugar, 2 tsp granulated
    * Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp
    * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    * Lime Juice, .5 cup
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken together. Pour on chicken in shallow dish and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Grill over medium heat turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, approximately 20 minutes.
