IntroductionMade with whatever meat and vegetables are in the fridge. Usually shrimp. Made with whatever meat and vegetables are in the fridge. Usually shrimp.
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup
Shrimp, cooked, 7 oz
Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti 1/8 box 2oz, 2 serving
zuccini - Fresh, 1 cup
Mario Batali Italian 4 Cheese Blend Provolone, Asiago, Parmesan, & Romano Cheese, 56 gram(s)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
*Red Gold Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
*Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, .5 serving
Saute onion, garlick, and olive oil until soft.
Stir in remaining vegetables and tomato.
Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and cook covered for until vegetables are to your liking (5 - 10 minutes)
