Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    broccoli 1 bunch chopped (about 3 cups)
    3 cloves garlic finely chopped
    1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

heat oil in frying pan add chopped garlic and broccoli cook 5 minutes until broccoli is crisp but done. I added about 4 squirts of spray garlic juice also. You don't need to, but I love garlic. You could also substitute the olive oil with cooking spray (olive oil type), but I found olive oil is a bit easier to work with.
