1 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C Non Fat Milk
1/8 C Canola Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Mix together flour, milk, oil, salt, and baking powder until thoroughly moist. Batter will be slightly stiffened.
Drop into 6 biscuits on baking tray.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with butter or sugar free jam.
