Ingredients

1.5 T butter
1 onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
6 cup cabbage, shredded
1 T caraway seed
2 cup tomatoes (drained canned is fine)
1/2 cup sour cream, reduced fat
Directions
In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft - about 5 minutes.
Add cabbage and cook until soft - about 10 minutes.
Add seeds and tomatoes, cook over lively heat until saucy, but thick - about 10 -15 minutes. Stir in sour cream and continue to cook over low for a few minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
