IntroductionI got this recipe from the Kraft recipe magazine and put a Vegan spin on it I got this recipe from the Kraft recipe magazine and put a Vegan spin on it
1 pkg Ground Round
2 Green Peppers, coarsely chopped
3 Garlic cloves
2 C Cooked Brown Rice
1 Jar Pasta Sauce (Vegan)
1/2 Sweet Onion, Chopped
1 C Mushrooms
2. Brown meat with peppers, onions and garlic in large skillet; Drain.
3. Stir in rice, pasta sauce.
4. Spoon into 2 L Casserole
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
Since I do not have an oven, I cooked this in an electric frying pan :)
