Introduction

Delicious sandwich bread for lazy people. No kneading, just mixing and baking. Delicious sandwich bread for lazy people. No kneading, just mixing and baking.

Ingredients

    2 cups lukewarm water
    1/2 tsp yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1tbsp honey
    4 cups flour

Directions

Take 2 cups of lukewarm water, stir in yeast and honey until dissolved. Add 4 cups flour and combine. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise until volume is doubled (around 3 hours).

Pour dough into a loaf pan and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
