Pizza Casserole *

Introduction

Very filling and good. I used regular macaroni, but using whole wheat would cut down on the calorie count. Very filling and good. I used regular macaroni, but using whole wheat would cut down on the calorie count.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 - medium onion chopped
    1cup - mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 cup - green pepper. chopped
    1/2 lb. - extra lean ground beef
    2 tsp. . - Becel Light Margarine
    1/2 cup - pepperoni, cut in quarters
    2 slices - thin cooked ham, cut in squares
    4 slices - chicken bacon, cooked and cut up
    1/2 cup - uncooked macaroni
    2 /8oz. cans - pizza sauce
    2 cups - mozzarella, partly skim

Directions

Cook macaroni according to box instructions.
Drain, and set aside.
Melt margarine in skillet, add onion, mushrooms, and green peppers and saute until soft. Add ground beef and cooked until brown. Then add pepperoni, ham, and chopped bacon.
Add cooked macaroni and 1 can of pizza sauce.
Mix everything together. Add 1 cup of cheese.
Stir in. Pour all into a casserole. Pour 2nd can of pizza sauce around the edges and on top. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella on top of casserole.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree F oven
for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Makes 10 - 1cup servings.
