Ingredients

* Carrots, raw, 910 grams
* Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
* Apples, fresh, 3 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
* Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
* water, 2 cups or 2 cups home made veggie stock
spices: parsley, celery seed, black pepper, paprika
Directions
Dice carrots, celery and onions, put in heavy pot with veggie stock or water. Bring to a boil. Add diced cored apples. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Put through the blender for a smooth soup.
