Introduction

filled with a variety of veggies. Low in carbs. Delicious and without a lot of carbs. filled with a variety of veggies. Low in carbs. Delicious and without a lot of carbs.

Ingredients

    large head of cabbage
    celery
    carrots
    onions
    tomatoes
    green bell pepper
    cucumber
    turnips
    rutabaga
    salsa
    any other veggie (optional)
    a variety of spices.

Directions

makes aprox. 44 1-cup servings.
clean and cut all veggies into desired size
if using canned tomatoes then open and add to pot
add salsa as desired
add a large amount of spices ( the larger the variety the better the flavor)
add water to cover all veggies
cook meat in separate pan and then add to soup
Add all ingredients into a pot holding 14 + quarts.
