This is a great snack smoothie. It has enough protein that you can drink it before a workout or just to tide you over between meals.     Trader Joes Pineapple Tidbits, frozen, 1 cup, 0.25 cup
    beet juice, 4 oz
    Trader Joe's Mixed Berries, Frozen, 3/4 C, 0.50 serving
