Greek-Style Lamb/Turkey Meatloaf

Submitted by: DIABOB

Introduction

I found this delicious recipe in the newspaper. It originally called for ground lamb, but I substituted a portion for ground turkey. With the cinnamon and feta cheese, this recipe was wonderful...lots of leftovers for sandwiches or lunches. Recipe suggested serving with Tzatziki. I found this delicious recipe in the newspaper. 2 tbsp. oregano

    1/4 cup tomato paste
    1 cup bread crumbs

  • Lamb nor turkey have the consistancy of beef, so it made more of a pasty kind of meatloaf, but it was still tasty and will slice up great for sandwiches. - 6/10/12
