Chelles Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped

Directions

peel and slice potatoes and layer in oven safe baking dish, then in bowl mix rest of ingredients together and pour over potatoes, sprikle with cheese on top cook 350 30-40 min until potatoes are soft and cheese is melted
