Homemade salsa

Ingredients

    6 medium tomatoes, diced
    3 Tomatillos, finely diced
    2 jallepeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
    1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely diced
    1/2 large onion, diced
    3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
    2 Chipolte chilies in Adobo sauce, finely minced
    2 Tbsp adobe sauce
    1 tsp white vinegar
    Juice of 1 lemon
    2 pinces each of salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all vegetables together in a large bowl and squeeze in lemon juice and vinager, sprinkle on salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 3 hours and enjoy!
