Chicken Fried Orzo

Introduction

Like chicken fried rice but less calories and sodium - Be careful not to overcook the orzo or it will be soggy! This is very filling. 1 cup doesn't look like a lot but it fills you up. Ingredients

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 c orzo
    1 c chopped broccoli
    1/2 c shredded carrots
    1/2 c bean sprouts
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tsp worchestershire sauce (low sodium)
    1 tbsp Kikkoman StirFry sauce

Directions

Brown chicken in olive oil with garlic powder and onion powder in large deep skillet- chop into small pieces
Cook orzo until slightly tender, drain and pour ontop of chicken
Add broccoli and carrots
Add sesame oil, worchestershire sauce, and stir fry sauce, cover and cook 2-3 mins
Add bean sprouts, cook additional 5 mins stirring frequently

Makes 8-1 cup servings
