Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can tomato sauce, no salt added

Directions

Mix ground beef with bread crumbs, onion and egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Form into a loaf place in baking dish, pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
