Introduction

Yumm chunky vegetable soup! Yumm chunky vegetable soup!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 Potatoes
    2 Carrots
    1/2 Pepper
    1 Onion
    1/2 Swede
    50g Pasta
    1 Tin tomatoes
    1 stock cube
    1/2 pint boiling water

Directions

Saute onions, potato, carrot and swede in a small amount of butter for 10 mins
Then add pepper and cook for further 5 mins
Add stock and tomatoes and pasta
Simmer for 20 mins or untilall veggies soft
