Quick Crock Pot Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Quick and easy to toss together before you leave for work!
SIL was told to avoid potatoes. Hubby ate two bowls before he realized there was no meat in it.

Changes I will make:
*Will use 2 cans Sodium Free Beef Broth instead of water and Beef Base when Beef Base is gone (high sodium).
*Will add frozen cauliflower when get stock pot back. Slow cooker as full as I can get it!

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Tones Beef Base
    2 C Water1 Pound Frozen Corn
    1 Pound Frozen Peas
    1 Pound Frozen Green Beans
    1 Pound Frozen Carrots
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, chopped fine

Directions

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: 1 Cup
