Ingredients

Large Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined 24-30 pieces
Chili powder, 1-2 tsp
Onion powder, .25 tsp
Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Salt .5 tsp
Lime Juice, approx 2 fl oz or the juice of one whole lime
olive Oil, 1 tsp (optional, I just think the spices adhere better with a little oil)
fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 tbsp.
Directions
place all ingredients in a zip top bag or small container and marinate for several hours. When ready to cook, they can either be pan fried in a non-stick skillet or threaded on skewers and grilled until no longer pink. No more than 3 minutes per side. Tastes great with avocado-mango salsa.
