Spinach and Red Pepper Saute

Ingredients

    4 cups raw baby spinach
    1 large red bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
    3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add red bell pepper onion and garlic, saute 1 minute. Add spinach and spices and saute until spinach is wilted.
