Ingredients

    4 egg Whites
    2 Teaspoons Vanilla
    1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups cooked rice
    1/4 cup milk
    1/8 teaspoon of stevia. (equal to 1/2 cup sugar)
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients in microwave safe bowl/
Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Dish up and serve.

Makes 5 1/2 cup servings.
