Italian Omelet withTurkey Sausage



Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large egg whites
    1 large whole egg
    1 Itailan style Turkey Sausage link, remove the casing.
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mushroom
    1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Remove casing from sausage and brown the meat. Add mushroom and pepper to meat while browning. Remove from heat and drain on a napkin to remove excess fat.

Whisk egg white and egg together

Place sausage mixture in an oven prove dish, cover with cheese and pour eggs on top.

Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until the middle is set.
