Introduction

This pizza is a delicious and healthy alternative to ordering in at just 72 calories per slice packed with lots of flavor! This pizza is a delicious and healthy alternative to ordering in at just 72 calories per slice packed with lots of flavor!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    one 12" store-bought whole wheat pizza crust (I like Boboli)
    0.75 cups of chopped bell peppers
    0.75 cups of diced tomatoes
    .5 cup low-calorie pizza sauce (I like Ragu)
    .5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or more if you like)
    Oregano and Italian seasoning to taste

    Feel free to add or change the veggies depending on your personal tastes.


Directions

Follow the baking directions on whatever pizza crust you buy (or if you make your own). We end up cooking ours at 450 degrees for 9 min. because we like a crispier crust.

It makes 8 1-slice servings.
