    2 c. flour
    3 t. baking powder
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c milk
    1/2 c. unsweetend applesauce


Sift dry ingrediants together. Beat in egg yolk, milk and applesauce. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add whites to mixture. Pour into waffle iron sprayed with pam. Enjoy.
