Jeff & Beth's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    - 2 cups - King Arthur 100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour
    - 3 tsp - Baking Powder
    - 1 tsp - Kosher Salt
    - 1 3/4 cup - Milk, 2%
    - 1/3 cup - Applesauce, unsweetened
    - 3 large egg whites
    - 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
    - 2 tsp - Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (by hand)
2. Pour batter by 1/3 cup servings onto griddle
3. When bubbles start to form on surface of pancakes, flip.
4. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Makes 12-13 pancakes (from 1/3 cup batter servings)
6. Enjoy!
