Pumpkin Pie "Pudding"

Submitted by: ARDUBS

Introduction

This recipe is based off of one that I read in a magazine a long time ago. You can substitute your favorite yogurt in place of the type I used, and your own spices as well! I sometimes sweeten mine with a teaspoon of brown sugar (not included in ingredients/nutritional info). Your mileage for nutritional info may vary based on what you use!

Also, I find that one portion is too much for me to eat in one sitting, so I normally split it into two. Even if you eat the whole bowl, it's still a filling and nutritious snack for less than 200 calories! :-)
