IntroductionGreat salad to have on hand for those warmer days when you don't want to be in the kitchen cooking. Can be made ahead, stored in the fridge and served over the next few days. 1 - box of Macaroni, (elbow), Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat, cooked el dente, drained, and cooled
1 - 4 oz. can of Tuna packed in water, drained
3 - stalks of celery, cleaned & coursely chopped
2 cups - broccoli, cleaned & coursely chopped
1/2 -cup of shredded carrots
1/2 -tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp - of yellow mustard
3 tsps - Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1/4 -cup of yogourt, Danone Activia fat free
3/4 -cup of Hellmannâ€™s , Light Mayonnaise,
salt and pepper to taste
Drain and cool pasta.
Coursely chop up veggies and add to pasta. Add remainder of ingredients and gently mix. Refridgerate and serve cold. Makes 24 - 1 cup servings. It is good for lunch served with sliced tomatoes and pickles.
