Combine liquid from 3 15 oz cans of peach slices with enough water to measure 3 cups. Combine liquid with cornstarch and sugar in Dutch Oven over medium heat until liquid thickens; stir constantly. When thickened, add peaches.
Meanwhile, combine Bisquick and milk to make a soft dough. Drop Tablespoonfuls on top of boiling peach sauce. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes (you'll need to turn heat to low for the final 10 minutes).
Good for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
