Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    Orange Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 200 grams (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Ice Cube, 6 serving (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and pulse till smooth, if smoothie is too thick add some milk and pulse again.
Enjoy.
