Ground Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Introduction

This is a favorite of my husband. We always made it crustless when our kids were young. They loved it and it was a good balanced meal. This is a favorite of my husband. We always made it crustless when our kids were young. They loved it and it was a good balanced meal.

This is extremely high in sodium, I'll replace the tomato soup with a low sodium version (or crushed whole tomatoes mixed with tomato paste (YUM) ) and a lower fat or lower sodium cheese. - 4/7/10
