Ingredients

    1 Butternut Squash
    1 Gold potato
    2 small sweet potatoes
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    2 cups baby carrots
    Cinnamon
    Ginger ground
    pepper
    Vegetable broth or bouillon - 6 liquid cups

Directions

chop onion, and saute in virgin olive oil.. Wash and peel the squash & potatoes, cut and cube all.. Dispose of seeds in squash.
Add all veggies and the boullion to the onions. Add spices, and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour..
