Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1 small container (6 oz) lowfat yogurt, any flavor
3/4 cup 1% milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender on highest setting and blend until smooth. Add more or less milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie. Pour into 16 oz glass/cup or 2- 8 oz cups.
Makes 2- 8 oz servings.

I don't see why not, but I'd add something in place of it. Do they make sugar free yogurt?
