8.0 egg whites at room temperature
2.0 cups Splenda Granulas
1.0 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
0.5 teaspoon white vinegar
0.5 teaspoon vanilla
1.0 cup of cream beaten till thick (No Sugar)
2 passion fruit pulped
2 Punts of strawberies
Add the Splenda until the mixture is thick and glossy with a hard peak, then beat in the Cream of Tartar, vinegar, and vanilla.
Transfer the meringue onto a baking paper lined baking tray. Bake the pavlova for 60 minutes, then leave the pavlova in it to cool completely.
When you are ready to serve the dessert, dollop the whipped cream atop of the pavlova as well at he fruits.
