14.5 oz can of petit diced tomatoes
4 oz feta cheese crumbles
6 eggs, beaten
Directions
heat pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp olive oil
add onions to pan and cook until lightly browned
add tomatoes, cook for 3 more minutes
add eggs and feta cheese, cook until eggs are done
