Introduction

The Splenda isn't necessary, its pretty sweet with just the fruit. I used Jillian Michael's Whey Protein Powder in Chocolate to add the cocoa taste with added proteins. Ingredients

    Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup
    Old Fashioned Oats, .5 cups
    6 frozen strawberries(you can use fresh, i like thick smoothies)
    1.5 bananas
    .5 cup plain yogurt
    Flaxseed 2 tbsp
    Wheatgerm 2tbsp
    Splenda No Cal Sweetener, 3 tsp(or 3 packs)
    Chocolate protein powder, 1 scoop
