Mandarin Orange Salad

Introduction

This was served at my sorority reunion and was delicious with Poppy Seed Salad Dressing This was served at my sorority reunion and was delicious with Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. fresh spinach (cleaned & dry)
    Thinly sliced red onion
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    Toasted pine nuts or toasted sliced almonds (about 1/2 cup)

Directions

Toss salad ingredients together without dressing; keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
