Thai Chili Tofu with Quinoa

Introduction

I want to recreate this again with making my own sauce, this one has HFCS and I'm not into that. It does taste good though :-) I want to recreate this again with making my own sauce, this one has HFCS and I'm not into that. It does taste good though :-)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 whole water chestnuts, diced
    1c of sliced onions
    3 diced cloves of garlic
    3/4 c of diced firm tofu
    1/2 cup of light coconut milk
    6 TBS of World harbor Thai sauce
    3/4 cup of dry red quinoa

Directions

Squeeze water out of tofu by placing in between to plates lined with towels and stick some heavy cans on top. Then dice and marinate in Thai sauce. Heat EVOO and saute onions and garlic, add water chestnuts, then tofu. Stir l in coconut milk and serve over quinoa.
