Introduction

A simply delicious smoothie that's deliciously simple. A simply delicious smoothie that's deliciously simple.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup ice
    2 cups strawberry flavored water, carbonated
    1 cup Yoplait 2x protein Greek yogurt
    3 cups Dole Frozen Fruit (peach, mango, pineapple, strawberry)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. You may need to stop it intermittently to mix with a spoon if the ice or fruit are not blending correctly. If too thick, add more water.

Makes approximately 6 cups; 1 serving = 1 cup
