Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup black beans (I use bush's)
    1/2 cup Rice (I use the easy minute rice)
    2 tsp Garlic
    1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
    salt
    other seasonings to taste
    I usually put in more rice or beans as I am in the mood for.

Directions

this makes just one serving, you can up it as much as you want.

Cook the beans with the seasonings to a near boil. Cook the rice alone and add them together. easy as can be.
