2 cans each of kidney beans, pinto beans, corn
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 smaller can of diced tomatoes with chilies
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing
1 lb. lean ground meat
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, low for 8-10. Gets better the longer it is cooked. Consider substituting 1 chopped onion, 2 minced cloves of garlic (browned with meat) and 2 tsp. cumin for the Taco mix, and 1 and 1/2 cups salsa for the 2nd can of tomatoes with chilies( which was not available in my area)
