Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Introduction

Low-carbers, rejoice! This easy fudge recipe can fit into any meal plan. Low-carbers, rejoice! This easy fudge recipe can fit into any meal plan.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    4 tsp. Smooth Peanut Butter
    8 oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese
    1 c. Equal or Splenda
    1/4 c Heavy Cream
    1 sq. Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate

Directions

Melt cream cheese and peanut butter. Stir together. In a separate dish, melt the baker's chocolate.

Combine the chocolate and cream cheese mixture
Then, stir in heavy cream and Equal.

Spread in an 8x8 buttered baking dish and set in refrigerator for 4 hours.

(Note: this is more of a gooey fudge)
