2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or any type of flour will probably work)
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh, or any type of fruit!)
2 tablespoons wheat bran
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2 packets of Splenda (or your sweetener of choice)
Cook the pancakes over medium heat until set. Flip carefully.
Top with toppings of choice and ENJOY!
*Note: pancakes will be a little more egg-y than your typical pancake but still delicious!
