Whole grain pancakes

Introduction

Flours and grains can be changed to suit your pantry Flours and grains can be changed to suit your pantry
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat flour
    1/4 cup corn meal
    1/2 cup old fashioned uncooked oatmeal
    1/4 cup raw wheat germ
    1/4 cup wheat bran
    2 tbsp soy flour
    4 tbsp baking powder
    1tsp salt
    1 egg
    2 cups nonfat milk

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Lightly beat eggs into milk, and stir into dry ingredients. Do not beat. Heat griddle and spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup portions, flip when bubbles break.
