Raw Vegan Coleslaw

Introduction

This is a quick and easy dish that will be the perfect side dish for any raw vegan. This is a quick and easy dish that will be the perfect side dish for any raw vegan.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Napa Cabbage - 4 cups
    3 Carrots - 2cups
    1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp agave necter
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/4 ground black pepper

Directions

Mix vinegar, olive oil,necter,salt,pepper,mustard and flax seed together. whipping until creamy consistency

In another bowl grate the carrots, finely chop the onions and cabbage. gently stirring them together.

Fold the "sauce" mixture onto the cabbage,onion,carrot blend.
Stir well
and serve.

The recipe serves roughly 3-6 people.
