Favorite Salad

Introduction

This is just one of my long time favorite salads to whip together quick. very easy, and is portable too! This is just one of my long time favorite salads to whip together quick. very easy, and is portable too!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 head Romain Lettuce _approx 2 cups
    Carrots - 1 cup
    Tomatoes - 1 chopped
    Spinach - 2 cups
    fresh parmasan cheese
    Pine nuts - 1TBL
    Flax Seed (ground) - 2 TBL
    Olive Oil - 1 TBL
    White vine vinegar - 1 TBL

Directions

Wash Prepare all vegetables.
(snap the aspargus into 1" sections, dice the tomoatoes, grate the carrots, rip lettuce and spinach)
Toss all vegetables into 1 bowl.
drizzle 1 TBL of olive oil and 1 TBL of white wine vinegar over the vegetables.
Fold delicately until all are completely moistened.

Top with pine nuts, grate parmasan over salad and serve.

Serves 6-8 people
