    Butter, salted, .25 cup (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Basil, 5 leaves (remove

Directions

boil potatoes, lightly sweat garlic and basil in butter and coconut oil. Mash together with cottage cheese and salt and pepper to taste. I add ranch dressing powdered mix sometimes. Makes 12 3/4 cup servings.
