Introduction

I have only made this recipe once. It was good, but if I make it again I will reduce the amount of tahini. I have only made this recipe once. It was good, but if I make it again I will reduce the amount of tahini.

Ingredients

    1 eggplant
    4 tbsp tahini
    garlic, minced
    lemon juice
    salt

Directions

Prick eggplant with fork, bake in oven until very soft. Then peel, add garlic, tahini, lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve with pita bread or whatever you like.
